- Devices must not be tampered with or repaired by third parties, or the claim may be void
- Any replacement provided will not extend the original coverage period
- Endeva reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the device depending on the situation
- Claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe after the fault is identified
