Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in their original condition and have not been worn or used.

 

 

OFFICE ORDERS

CONSIGNMENT ORDERS

(GOODS FROM CABINET)

 

1. Take what you need from the Endeva cabinet.

2. Report the exchange via My Orders.

3. Leave the returned item in the cabinet for us.

 

 

 




WHOLE SPECIAL ORDERS

(GOODS FROM WAREHOUSE)

 

1. Find your original order in My Orders, send your request via the messaging function.

2. We will act according to your request. If you require a size exchange, we will send you another size; if you require a cancellation, we will revise your invoice.

3. Leave the returned item in the cabinet for us.

 

 




PARTIAL SPECIAL ORDERS

(GOODS FROM WAREHOUSE & CABINET)

 

1. Find your original order in My Orders, send your request via the messaging function.

2. We will act according to your request. If you require a size exchange and the size is available in the cabinet, please go ahead and take what you need; if it isn't available, we will send it to you from our warehouse. If you require a cancellation, we will revise your invoice.

3. Leave the returned item in the cabinet for us.

 

 

DIRECT TO JOBSEEKER ORDERS

Returns can be arranged by the consultant or jobseeker.

Since there are multiple parties involved in this type of return, we would appreciate cooperation and understanding from everyone concerned.

Please note:

  • Regardless of what shipping method was used in the original order, returns/exchanges will be shipped via our standard shipping method.
  • Whilst we will credit you in full for any returns, shipping costs are an incurred expense and therefore are non-refundable.

RETURNS BY CONSULTANT


All return items have to be received and properly assessed before we can send out new stock. This can take some time, therefore, if your client needs the products urgently, we recommend placing another order and initiating the exchange later. 

We are happy for you to order more than what is required on the second order if this would help get the sizing right for your client; we will take anything back that isn't required so long as the they are returned in the original condition.


1. Find your original order in My Orders and send us your request via the messaging function.

2. The return address will be provided in our reply; have your client return the item(s) to us.

3. Once the return item(s) have been received and assessed, we will resend the size required.

4. If you have already placed another order for the size required, we will remove the return item(s) from your original invoice.


SIZE EXCHANGE BY JOBSEEKER


Only size exchange can be organised by jobseekers.

Jobseekers are allowed free shipping on the first exchange only, the shipping costs associated with subsequent returns are the responsibility of the jobseekers.

These return instructions can also be found on all delivery slips that accompany our deliveries.

 


1. Jobseeker to email request to [email protected] with the following information:

A) Photo/scan of this delivery slip (contains most of the info we need).

B) Item description and quantity to be exchanged.

c) The size you would like to exchange the item(s) to.

2. If the size requested is available, we will send a return authorisation form and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. 

3. Once the return item(s) are received and assessed, we will send the size requested.

 


SIZE EXCHANGE BY JOBSEEKER - IN PERSON


Our warehouse is located in Cabramatta (Western Sydney), jobseekers are welcome to exchange in person. 

By appointment only.

A) Photo/scan of this delivery slip (contains most of the info we need).

B) Item description and quantity to be exchanged.

c) The size you would like to exchange the item(s) to.
