2024 UPDATE Due to ongoing system upgrades, Ampol has advised that AmpolCash cards will now be activated by the end of the next business day (from the time you raise an invoice on our website). This means cards submitted on Friday may not be activated until the following Monday. Please advise your clients to disregard the 6pm rule (as printed on some cards) but instead wait for an SMS from Endeva confirming that card activation has been successful. Moving forward, once you raise an invoice for an AmpolCash card on our website, your client will receive the following communication from us via SMS:

- This product is only available by consignment, it is not available to purchase as a special order.
- All fuel cards on consignment are inactive and require activation by Endeva before they can be used.
- Carefully enter the 10 digits on the back of the card and then add to cart. You can have multiple cards on an invoice, however, please add to cart 1 card at a time.
- Physical card with $50 credit (restricted to fuel purchases only). Total price includes $4 card fee.
- Accepted at Ampol branded petrol stations.
Card activation is managed by 1 staff member at Endeva who carefully checks the card numbers submitted for the day then activates all verified cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for earlier activation. Thank you for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE: CARDS SUBMITTED ON A FRIDAY MAY NOT BE ACTIVATED UNTIL MONDAY.

Moving forward, once you raise an invoice for an AmpolCash card on our website, your client will receive the following communication from us via SMS:
1. SMS advising Endeva has received a request to activate their fuel card.
2. Another SMS from Endeva when card activation has been successful. Please advise your client to wait for this SMS before using their card.
