  • Covers manufacturing faults only; does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, or unauthorised repairs
  • 90-Day Replacement Cover applies from the date of invoice and can only be claimed once
  • Replacement will be the same model or an equivalent device (new or refurbished) at Endeva’s discretion
  • After 90 days, standard warranty support applies and Endeva will cover all reasonable freight costs for valid claims up to a cap of $100
  • Customers must submit a claim form and provide clear video evidence of the fault for initial assessment
  • Endeva may request the device to be returned for inspection before approving a repair or replacement
  • Devices must not be tampered with or repaired by third parties, or the claim may be void
  • Any replacement provided will not extend the original coverage period
  • Endeva reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the device depending on the situation
  • Claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe after the fault is identified
